Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. Equity is your most expensive currency and taking it would misalign us — we would be paid for optimism rather than for delivery.
Can you work alongside our technical cofounder?
Yes. A sprint can absorb the parts your team does not have time for, provided scope boundaries are written down so two teams are not editing the same surfaces.
What if investors ask who built it?
You can say it plainly: a fixed-price studio built version one and you own the code. What matters in diligence is that the code is yours, documented and maintainable, which it is.
