Do you train custom models?
No. A 14-day sprint uses hosted models through their APIs and puts the engineering into retrieval, prompts, guardrails and the product around them. Custom model training is a different kind of project.
Can the AI answer questions about my own documents?
Yes. Retrieval over your own content — uploads, records or a connected source — is one of the most common things we build in an AI sprint.
Who pays for model usage?
You do, directly to the provider, on your own account. We wire the app to your keys so there is no markup and no dependency on us after handoff.
How do you stop it inventing answers?
