How it works

A 14-day process with nothing hidden in the middle.

Every stage has a fixed price, a defined output and a decision point where you can stop. Here is exactly what happens, in order.

The five stages

From first conversation to a product in your name.

  1. 01

    Free · 15 minutes

    Fit check

You tell us what you want to build. We tell you honestly whether it fits a 14-day sprint, and what we would cut if it does not. No payment, no obligation.

  2. 02

    $500 · 7 days

    Blueprint

A written technical plan: architecture, data model, screen-by-screen scope, integrations and a locked build price. Yours to keep even if you build elsewhere. Credited toward the $3,500 total.

  3. 03

    $1,750 · days 1–14

    Build

Core functionality built against the blueprint. You get a working prototype at day 7 to review and request changes within the agreed scope.

  4. 04

    $1,250 · day 14

    Launch

The finished product deployed to production on your own infrastructure, with authentication, database access rules and encrypted traffic in place.

  5. 05

    Included

    Handoff

Repository, cloud accounts, domain, documentation and a plain-English operating guide transferred into your name, plus 30 days of support.

Day by day

What the sprint looks like from the inside.

The build runs on a fixed rhythm so you always know what is happening and when your input is needed.

Day 0

Blueprint signed off and build scheduled. Accounts and repositories created in your name.

Days 1–3

Foundations: data model, authentication, permissions and the app shell.

Days 4–6

The core workflow built against the blueprint, screen by screen.

Day 7

Prototype review. You use it, we collect changes inside the agreed scope.

Days 8–11

Changes applied, integrations and payments wired in, edge cases handled.

Days 12–13

Hardening: security rules, error handling, analytics and testing on real devices.

Day 14

Production launch, documentation and ownership transfer.

Then it is yours

Your risk

Where you can stop, and what protects you.

What if you cannot build what I need?

We tell you at the free fit check, before you pay anything. If it does not fit a 14-day sprint we say so and explain what would.

What exactly am I getting?

The blueprint lists every screen, workflow and integration in the build, with the price locked against that list. Nothing in the build is left to interpretation.

What if I do not like it?

You review a working prototype at day 7 and request changes within the agreed scope before the final payment is due. Payments are staged for exactly that reason.

Will I own everything?

Yes. Code, repository, cloud accounts, domain and data are transferred into your name at handoff. No licence, no lock-in.

What happens after launch?

30 days of support are included. After that you can continue solo, hire in-house or book another fixed-price sprint. Nothing stops working and nothing renews automatically.

Questions about the process

Answered before you ask.

What happens in the free fit check?

You describe the product in a short written fit check form. We tell you whether it fits a 14-day sprint, what we would cut, and what it would take if it does not fit.

What is in the blueprint?

Architecture, data model, screen-by-screen scope, integrations, security model and a locked build price. It is yours to keep even if you build somewhere else.

What do I have to do during the build?

Answer questions quickly and review the day-7 prototype. Most founders spend two or three hours in total across the sprint.

What does the 14 days actually cover?

Fourteen working days from the build kickoff, which follows the blueprint. The blueprint week is separate and is where scope gets locked.
