Pre-built skeletons · $599 adapted to your idea

Four shapes. Put your idea on the one that fits.

You want to build something and you do not know where to start. One of these four is probably the shape of it already — working, tested and in production. We turn it into yours and hand you the keys.

How to use this page

Open the demos below. They are live and take nothing from you — no email, no sign-up. You are not looking for a product you would buy as it is; you are looking for the shape of what you had in mind. A forum for reptile keepers and a private alumni network are the same shape. Once you recognise yours, the$599 is us turning it into your idea and putting it in your own cloud.

Members Circle

$599 adapted to yours

A place where members post, reply and find each other — with somebody keeping order.

People turn this into

  • A forum for reptile keepers, with a group per species and a classifieds corner
  • A private network for a school's alumni, year by year
  • A paid community for freelance illustrators, with a jobs board
  • A members' area for a trade association, with a document library

Yours will not be on that list — those are four out of a few hundred. What matters is whether the shape is the same.

What already works, today

  • Spaces, posts, replies — and who is allowed to see which space
  • A moderation queue where doubt goes live and gets a second look, instead of silently killing threads
  • Repeat-offender and new-account detection, counted per person
  • A weekly digest per member, never sent to somebody with nothing to read

58 automated tests · 6 data collections, each with its own access rules

Renewal Engine

$599 adapted to yours

A business where people pay you every month, and losing them to a bad card is the real risk.

People turn this into

  • A coffee subscription, with a plan per grind and a pause button
  • Memberships for a climbing gym
  • Boiler maintenance plans for a heating company
  • A monthly retainer for a consultancy, with its own client portal

Yours will not be on that list — those are four out of a few hundred. What matters is whether the shape is the same.

What already works, today

  • Plans, subscribers, payments, and who still has access
  • A failed card retried on day 1, 3 and 7 — access cut only after the third, and back the moment a charge succeeds
  • A board showing only what is still recoverable, not what is already lost
  • A page where each member sees their own subscription and payment history

35 automated tests · 5 data collections, each with its own access rules

Doc Intake

$599 adapted to yours

Paper or PDFs arriving all day, most of them fine, a few needing a human.

People turn this into

  • Supplier invoices for a group of restaurants
  • Expense receipts from a sales team
  • Claim forms arriving at an insurance broker
  • Timesheets from subcontractors on a building site

Yours will not be on that list — those are four out of a few hundred. What matters is whether the shape is the same.

What already works, today

  • Everything read, scored, and settled on its own unless something is off
  • A line at 85% confidence: below it a person looks, even when every rule passes
  • Blocking rules and warnings — one warning does not stop a document, two at once do
  • Duplicate detection, and decisions that are never overwritten, only added to

39 automated tests · 5 data collections, each with its own access rules

Fieldline

$599 adapted to yours

People doing work away from a desk, where the phone will be offline for hours.

People turn this into

  • Cleaning crews across a set of office buildings
  • Pest control technicians and their visit reports
  • Equipment inspections for a plant hire company
  • Proof of delivery for a small courier fleet

Yours will not be on that list — those are four out of a few hundred. What matters is whether the shape is the same.

What already works, today

  • Shifts, sites, check-ins and reports with photos
  • Offline-first: a batch resent in full is harmless, because the phone numbers every entry
  • What somebody captured is kept even if the job was reassigned — it may be the only proof the work was done
  • A check-in outside the site radius is flagged, never rejected: GPS fails in warehouses and basements

44 automated tests · 5 data collections, each with its own access rules

The same skeleton, twice

This is what adapting actually looks like.

Both columns are Members Circle. Same code, same screens, same moderation rules — and nobody reading one would guess the other exists. That is the work: not a colour, the whole vocabulary of your product.

Every one of those is a real change: the database column, the screen, the button, the email that goes out on Sunday. What does not change is the part that took the longest and that nobody sees — accounts, roles, who can read which row, and the 176 tests that keep it that way. That is why this costs $599 instead of a sprint.

What “adapted to your idea” means

Said before you pay, not after.

A skeleton becomes your product by changing what everything is called, what it holds, who can do what, and every word on the screen. That is far more than it sounds — it is the whole difference between a moderation queue and a reptile forum. What it is not is a different workflow.

Included in the $599

  • What everything is called — a space becomes a species group, a shift becomes a visit, a member becomes a keeper
  • The fields on each thing, and the ones you do not need taken out
  • Who logs in, what each role can do, and what each role is called
  • Every word on every screen, and in every email it sends
  • Your name, your logo, your colours, your domain

This is a sprint instead

  • A workflow the skeleton does not have at all — payments inside a forum, a booking calendar inside a field app
  • Talking to another system you already use — your accounting package, your CRM, a supplier's API
  • An app in the App Store or Google Play

A sprint is $2,490 all in and builds exactly what your blueprint describes. We tell you which one yours is at the free fit check, before any money moves.

The week

Five working days from your first reply.

The skeleton is already built, deployed and tested. What takes the week is making it yours and handing it over properly.

Day 1

What it is

You tell us what you are building and what things should be called in your world. One email, and we ask the questions — you do not have to know the right words for any of it.

Days 2–3

It becomes yours

Names, fields, roles, every screen and every email reworded to your product. Your logo and your colours on it.

Days 4–5

Yours to run

Deployed into your own Google Cloud, your domain pointed at it, repository and accounts in your name, a plain-English operating guide, and our access removed.

After that it is entirely yours: all of the source code with no licence conditions, nothing monthly to us, and 30 days of support for anything that does not behave the way the demo did.

Wondering how software can cost this little and still be real? Here is exactly where the money goes.

Questions

Before you pick one.

What does the price actually include?

The skeleton, adapted to your idea and deployed into your own Google Cloud account, ready for your first users. Names, fields, roles, wording, branding and domain all shaped to yours. The source code is yours with no licence conditions and there is nothing monthly to us.

How do I know which one is mine?

Open the demos. They are live, they take no email and no sign-up, and the whole point is that you recognise the shape of your idea in one of them in about ten seconds. If none of them feels close, say so at the free fit check and we will tell you straight.

What if my idea needs something none of them do?

Then it is a sprint rather than an adaptation, and we tell you that before you pay instead of after. A sprint is $2,490 all in and builds exactly what your blueprint describes.

How long does it take?

Five working days from the moment you answer the first email. The skeleton is already built and tested — what takes the week is making it yours and handing it over properly.

Is any of this actually tested, or does it just look finished?

176 automated tests across the four, including an access-isolation test on every single collection — sign in as one customer, try to read another customer's rows, and the build fails if it ever works. That is the most common and most expensive hole in fast-built software.

Next step

Find out if your idea fits in 10 working days.

Tell us what you want to build. We reply the same day with a straight yes, no, or here is what we would cut.
