What gets built

Inside the 14-day sprint.

Mobile-first interface

Designed for thumbs first: touch targets, bottom navigation and layouts that work on a small screen before they work on a desktop.

Installable app experience

Add-to-home-screen support, an app icon, a splash screen and a full-screen experience without the browser chrome.

Accounts and data

Sign-in, profiles and a Postgres database with access rules, so each person only sees their own information.

Camera, uploads and location

Photo capture, file uploads and location where the workflow needs them, using standard browser capabilities.

Notifications

Transactional email and web push on supported devices to bring people back into the product.

Launch and ownership

Deployed on your own domain and infrastructure, then transferred to you with documentation and 30 days of support.

Good fit

Products we build like this

  • A tracker people use daily on their phone
  • A field or on-site tool for staff with photo capture
  • A booking product used mainly on mobile
  • A community or check-in product
  • A location-aware availability app

Not in a 14-day sprint

What we would quote separately

  • App Store and Google Play submissions
  • Native Swift or Kotlin development
  • Full offline-first data synchronisation
  • Bluetooth, background location or device-level integrations
  • In-app purchases through store billing

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Is this a native iOS or Android app?

No. A sprint delivers an installable mobile-first web app that runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen. Native store builds are a separate, longer project.

Why start with a web app instead of native?

It launches in days rather than weeks, needs no store review to update, and proves the idea before you pay for two native codebases.

Can it use the camera or send notifications?

Camera and file capture work in the browser, and web push notifications work on modern devices. Anything requiring deep native APIs is called out in the blueprint.

Can it become native later?

Yes. The API and data model stay the same, so a native client can be added later without rebuilding the backend.
