Section eight is the list of things we are deliberately not building in version one, and why. It is the section that protects the ten days, and the one you will not get from anyone quoting you by the hour.

A consultancy charges $3,000 and three weeks for this.
$150 only looks expensive next to “free”. Next to what a written, priced, buildable scope actually costs, it is a rounding error — and unlike a discovery phase, you know the number before you start.

Ten minutes of questions, then it is our turn.
Right away
You land on the questionnaire. Fifteen questions about what it does, who uses it and what it must not do. Ten minutes, and you can leave it and come back.
The same day
The blueprint comes back written. If we think something in it will not fit ten days, it says so, with what would fit instead.
Then you decide
Go ahead and the build starts — $2,340 on day 10, after you have used it. Or stop here and keep the document. Both are fine, and neither needs a call.

What do I get for $150?
A written blueprint for your product: what we understood, who uses it, every screen, what it stores, what it connects to, the acceptance criteria we would test against, the ten days day by day, what we would deliberately leave out of version one, and a locked build price. Is the $150 on top of the build price?
No. The whole sprint is $2,490 and the $150 is the first part of it. If you go ahead, the remaining $2,340 is due on day 10, after you have used the product and decided to keep it.
What if the blueprint is useless to me?
Say so and we refund the $150, no questions and no conditions. You keep the document either way — it is written so any developer can build from it, including one who is not us.
How long does it take?
You answer the questionnaire straight after paying — about ten minutes — and the blueprint comes back the same day. No call to book at any point.
Do I have to do the free fit check first?
No. The fit check exists for people who want a written opinion before spending anything. If you already know what you want built, this skips it.
